How quickly can you start our project?
Discovery and alignment sessions usually begin within 1–2 weeks after completing initial paperwork. If we need to assemble a dedicated, embedded engineering squad, we typically schedule that kickoff 3–4 weeks in advance to coordinate resources and establish environment access.
Do you operate fully remote or on-site?
We are remote-first, allowing us to support teams worldwide efficiently. However, we value face-to-face interaction and regularly schedule on-site visits for initial alignment audits, architecture workshops, and final handover sessions.
How are project costs calculated?
Depending on the structure chosen: project deliveries are priced as fixed-fee milestones, embedded engineering is billed on a monthly sprint iteration cycle, and fractional CTO advisory runs on a monthly retainer. We commit to transparency—every contract defines a strict maximum budget limit so there are never invoice surprises.
Do you provide support after the code is deployed?
Yes. Every engagement includes a guaranteed post-handover support period (typically 30 days) to resolve any configuration issues, review log errors, or clarify documentation. Long-term support retainers are available if you need ongoing incident response support.
How do you collaborate with our existing developer team?
We act as multipliers, not replacements. We work directly in your repository, participate in your team's code reviews, and capture architecture decisions in public ADR records. Our goal is to leave your engineering team more capable and confident to run the system independently after we finish.
